Anonymized Technical Data Processed by the App

• Device Identifier: A randomly generated app-specific UUID that is not linked to any hardware/personal identifier.
• Vehicle Information: Scanned vehicle brand, model, and manufacturing year.
• Sensor Values: Instant engine RPM, coolant temperature, and throttle position snapshot data captured at the moment of diagnostic scan.
• Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC): The list of detected OBD-II diagnostic trouble codes.
• Connection Protocol: The OBD-II protocol type and ECU model information used for vehicle communication.

This data is securely stored in our encrypted database solely for anonymized technical analyses to improve application compatibility, connection stability, and diagnostics quality. Technically, it is impossible to link this data to real individuals, geographic location details, or vehicle identification numbers (VIN).

1. License & Usage

MotoCortex grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the software on your compatible mobile device solely for vehicle diagnostics.

2. Hardware & Device Safety

The application is designed to communicate with standard OBD-II/ELM327 Bluetooth adapters. We are not responsible for any compatibility issues, electrical damage, or vehicle malfunctions arising from the use of low-quality clone adapters.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

MotoCortex is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the diagnostic codes read will cover every potential fault, or that the application will operate continuously without interruption. Use the application at your own risk.

4. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms or suspend features of the application at any time. Continued use of the application indicates your acceptance of any updated terms.

Uygulama Tarafından İşlenen Anonim Teknik Veriler

• Cihaz Tanımlayıcı: Uygulamaya özel oluşturulan ve donanımsal kimliklerle bağlantısı bulunmayan rastgele bir uygulama UUID anahtarı.
• Araç Bilgisi: Taranan araca dair marka, model ve üretim yılı bilgileri.
• Sensör Değerleri: Teşhis taraması tetiklendiği andaki anlık motor devri (RPM), motor sıcaklığı (Coolant Temp) ve gaz kelebeği pozisyonu (Throttle Position) verileri.
• Arıza Teşhis Kodları: Tespit edilen OBD-II DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Codes) listesi.
• Bağlantı Protokolü: Aracın ECU bağlantısı için kullanılan standart OBD-II protokol türü ve ECU model bilgisi.

Bu veriler tamamen anonimleştirilmiş teknik analizler ve uygulamanın motor/protokol uyumluluk kalitesini artırma amacıyla Supabase veri tabanımızda güvenli şekilde saklanır. Verilerin hiçbir şekilde gerçek şahıslarla, coğrafi konum bilgisiyle veya araçların şasi numaralarıyla eşleştirilmesi veya geriye dönük kişiselleştirilmesi teknik olarak imkan dahilinde değildir.

1. Lisans ve Kullanım

MotoCortex, uygulamayı uyumlu mobil cihazınızda yalnızca araç teşhis ve canlı telemetri takibi amacıyla kullanmanız için kişisel, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir kullanım lisansı sunar.

2. Donanım ve Araç Güvenliği

Uygulama, standart OBD-II/ELM327 Bluetooth adaptörleri ile iletişim kuracak şekilde tasarlanmıştır. Kalitesiz klon adaptörlerin kullanımından kaynaklanabilecek bağlantı hatalarından veya araç/cihaz hasarlarından firmamız sorumlu değildir.

3. Garanti Sınırlaması

MotoCortex "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu sürece" esasıyla sunulmaktadır. Uygulamanın tüm arızaları eksiksiz tespit edeceğini veya kesintisiz çalışacağını garanti etmiyoruz. Uygulamayı kullanmaktan doğan risk kullanıcıya aittir.

4. Şartların Güncellenmesi

Kullanım şartlarını dilediğimiz zaman güncelleme hakkını saklı tutarız. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncel şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
